Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Cali Pet. All of our orders ship via USPS or UPS. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times

All orders are processed within 1 business day but most orders get processed and shipped the same day they are placed. Standard shipping typically takes between 2-4 business days. We ship from California so if you are on the east coast, expect about a 4 day deliver time. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a couple of days. You can always contact us for any questions! 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.

Lost Packages

In the event a package is lost in the mail, we ask that you contact your local post office first and provide them with the tracking number. If they are unable to locate your package, we will file a claim and reship your order. 

Delayed Packages

If your order is delayed during transit for weather, holidays, COVID restrictions or other reasons out of our control, we will do our best to resolve the matter! Please do keep in mind that we don't have anymore information than the carrier provides on the tracking status page.
